John Molson Women in Business Club Mentoring Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Requirements for Mentees
- Current JMSB student
- Member of the WIBC
- Must submit an Application form and Resume
Requirements for Mentors
- A woman who is currently working in any field in management
- At least 10 years of work experience
- Able to commit for 1 year
Pairing
We will attempt to pair mentees with a mentor from a relevant field of work. If we are not able to make a mentee/mentor match immediately, we will actively attempt to recruit a mentor who is a good fit.
Time Commitment
We encourage that mentors and mentees meet at least once face-to-face. Additional meetings and frequency of communication should be agreed upon between mentor and mentee. Mentors and mentees commit for a period of 12 months from the initial match.

The program will be recruiting and matching mentors and mentees based on the best fit in terms of career and personal interests on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
