Joelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from UQAM and currently a part-time student in the MBA program. Over the last 7 years, she has acquired solid sales and marketing experience in various industries such as recruiting, publishing, retail, and loyalty.  She is invested in her career as Manager, Business Development for Aimia, where she focuses on developing employee engagement and consumer loyalty programs with Canadian Fortune 500 companies.  She is passionate, driven and resilient, and always open to promote and contribute to her business network.
